The genesis of Arrowsmith is in the Middle East, where the British and Bahraini cultures have worked hand in hand for centuries. Tony and Mohammed have enjoyed a 15-year partnership, working together to design, develop and construct over £500m of properties in Bahrain and the UK, including thousands of high-, mid- and low-rise apartments, 5* & 4* hotels, hundreds of villas, commercial offices, retail and F&B spaces. Tony Connor is a British construction and property development professional with 30 years experience in the UK, Middle East, and Europe, and Mohammed Haji is a businessman, developer, and entrepreneur with multi-disciplinary business interests built up over 40 years, with property development at its core.

Tony has experience in nearly 30 European and Middle East countries, delivering multiple residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

A Bahraini national with over 40 years property development and trading experience.
Mohamed has a long association with the UK having educated his children here and acquiring a series of off-plan and buy-to-let properties.
The last decade has seen Mohamed develop a $250m portfolio of residential and hotel properties in Bahrain, self-delivered by a full service integrated construction management team of experienced professionals.
